BLOG TOUR: HERO AT THE FALL - Playlist

8:00:00 AM

Hello everyone and happy March! I hope those of you from the northeastern US aren't too badly affected by this winter storm blowing through, and those of you down south (like myself) are hopefully enjoying this brief reprieve of a cold front before the onset of summer weather in the coming months. Whatever your end-of-winter or pre-spring weather woes, I hope that the coming spring will lift your spirits and provide you with bountiful reading! Especially since there are so many great reads coming in the spring, there's so much to look forward to.
One in particular, as you may have already guessed, is the riveting conclusion to Alwyn Hamilton's Rebel of the Sands trilogy: Hero at the Fall! You can find out more about the book and the author below. In anticipation of the coming release, I've put together a playlist that I think embodies the overall feel of the book, its characters, and its setting.

Happy listening, and happy reading!

The breathless finale to the New York Times bestselling Rebel of the Sands series will have you on the edge of your seat until the dust from the final battle clears!
When gunslinging Amani Al'Hiza escaped her dead-end town, she never imagined she'd join a revolution, let alone lead one. But after the bloodthirsty Sultan of Miraji imprisoned the Rebel Prince Ahmed in the mythical city of Eremot, she doesn't have a choice. Armed with only her revolver, her wits, and her untameable Demdji powers, Amani must rally her skeleton crew of rebels for a rescue mission through the unforgiving desert to a place that, according to maps, doesn't exist. As she watches those she loves most lay their lives on the line against ghouls and enemy soldiers, Amani questions whether she can be the leader they need or if she is leading them all to their deaths.
